One of the main reasons for water retention is the bladder. When the bladder is weak it slows down the urinary process, causing it to back up into the system. When that happens the kidneys are unable to function efficiently, causing inflammation in the kidneys. A little bit of inflammation in the kidneys will leave some undesirable residue in the blood, toxins. You would think that would show up in a blood test, but remember, test or set up to show if something is broke (until you are sick), not when it is not quite right.
Once your kidneys are infected, damaged, or not working, they know what to do. But if it's not quite right let's wait and see what happens. What happens is poor quality blood is circulated throughout the body, putting other organs under stress and at risk of not getting enough nutrients and having to work harder.
This could be one reason for prostate problems, blood pressure, holding water, body ache, headache, that sluggish feeling, or a multitude of other symptoms. Now they start treating the symptoms and not the cause. Consider the Mah Maneuver.
