Your body needs rest, get plenty of sleep, while you sleep your body will work on taking toxins out of you body. As toxins build, health issue will start (causing blockages in the flow of Chi), small at first, small discomforts that you think you can live with.
Then other issues will arise that you cannot ignore, now you are out of balance; sickness, disease, or maybe you have an accident that takes time to recover from. You just lost your health!
Stop putting toxins in and start rebuilding good habits will help your body reach its optimum performance;
Vitamin C; find the C that works for you, start with 6,000 mg or less a day @ 2,000 per meal.
Do Not Eat 4-5 hours before bed, clean water only
Cleanse; Liver, Gallbladder, Colon, Kidney-Bladder (melon and/or asparagus)
Watch for things that make your body react; MSG, Dairy, Red Meat, Sugar, Mold & Mildew
Limit sugar (little-no pop), dairy, and lots of clean water
All the fresh fruit, vegetables, & Stir-Fry with little meat, brown rice you want
