What makes the organs weary?

Hoy Chi opens the body’s overall flow of Chi. Chi (The Vital Life Force) makes the organs function, when the kidneys, intestines, or liver do not work properly, toxins will back up in your system. This causes sluggish performance from all your organs; blood pressure, body ache, weight gain, poor organ performance, and other health concerns will arise. Toxins need to be located and extracted, naturally.

The body either stores or uses energy. After you put any food in your mouth, it takes 3 hours (or more) to break down the food and starts storing energy. By waiting 4-5 hours between meals and/or going to bed you will have time to burn energy and allow the organs to get some rest and reset before the next feeding.

As you sleep all body functions slow down, allowing the liver to filter out the toxins from the blood, unless you ate before going to bed, which causes stress to the organs. Repeated abuse causes small insignificant problems which in time (around 40 years old) leads to small aches and pains and your numbers change (blood test #, blood pressure #, and others). Then people will seek medical attention, ignore the symptoms, or change their life style and bad habits (bad habits got them to this point).

By the time they reach their 50’s, if they have not changed their ways, medical attention maybe their last resort. Toxins have damaged or have hampered organ function enough where their life cannot continue as usual. This is will be their last chance to take control of their own health.
