If you have enjoyed good health in your 20s, the only reason you would lose it, would be because of what you've been doing to your body, your lifestyle, or trauma.
It may take time, but the food you eat, what you drink, what you breathe, and your lifestyle will determine if your good health will continue or not.
As a professional natural health care practitioner, one thing all of my clients have had in common is the lack of good health came from somewhere. It doesn't matter if you're talking about cancer, diabetes, weight gain, fatigue, blood pressure, arthritis, or any other health problem, none of it started from nothing, it all came from somewhere.
It always starts with something small and simple, and as time goes on it evolves into something that gets out of control.
It's amazing how many times I've heard “I can live with this” only to have THIS turn into something major; a little bit of that blotting feeling, waking up with a little bit of stiffness, lack of energy, a little difficulty in getting in and out of the easy chair or car, or maybe even a few extra pounds, “It's not that bad, I can handle it”.
This type of thinking always leads to future health problems.
