Do it yourself Health Care

Putting the right stuff in your body is the first step for good health. What you eat, drink, breathe, and your lifestyle will determine your health. So do it yourself health care, should be your primary health care, and it only works when you take the necessary steps to keep your good health.

From 20 to 30 years old is the prime of your health. If you continue to make bad choices, your health will deteriorate. You are given 30 to 40 years old to correct bad habits. Around 40 small health issues will arise, your late 40s those health issues will escalate to issues that you can not ignore.

The majority of my clients are from 40 to 60 years old, they have tried other forms of health care, most of which thought health care and medical care were the same.

Medical care works best for accidents, emergencies, or trying to fix health problems that we choose not to correct when we were younger and healthier. Medical care can only fix what is broken (sick care), nothing to do health care (staying healthy). If you have chosen not to care for yourself and health issues worsen, you cross the point where medical care (sick care) will be your last resort.

In my world alternative health care options are numerous, and they should be your primary health care options, when all primary health care options have been exhausted, then you have to go to medical care (sick care) in which there is only one medical care.
