Morning Back Ache?

Do you wake up with lower back ache? There is a simple stretch that can ease the discomfort. It starts 30 minutes to an hour before you get out out bed, lay on your side pull your knees up to your chest as much as you can and go back to sleep. Your muscles are relaxed so it will help strengthen your vertebrae.

If this exercise works for you, it may mean the mattress is not right for you. Some people need a hard mattress, some a soft, and others in-between. A sells person does not know which is best, only your back.

I have had expensive, cheap, firm, medium, soft, air, and water. It took me years and many dollars to get the right one. All worked good for 2 weeks to a month, then they all turned bad except the one that works for me. Now since I have been using the right one (air), I can sleep on anything for a short time(weeks).

Good luck on finding the perfect mattress, and try this stretch.
