Some Good Health Basics


In my practice there are some basics.
In general for my 40-60 year-olds;
I suggest:
*Vitamin C (3,000-6,000 mg throughout the day with meals), vitamin C improves circulation and cleans the blood.
*No eating (water only) 4-5 hours before bedtime (and in-between meals), the food will be digested before going to bed, now the liver will have less stress and the liver can do its job of cleaning the blood.
*Good Kidneys cleans blood.
*Eat the proper foods (balanced diet).
*No soda pop, 2 liters of good clean water a day.
*Fewer toxins in and more toxins out, means good health.
*Brush your mouth properly.
*Correcting bad habits (one at a time) is the key to regain wellness.
*Changing habits take 30 days
*Most healing is done in 30 days
*Do not sit down 8 hours a day (walk, stand, but do not sit)
*A life style that would make your mother proud
To much of anything is bad for you!

Just doing these simple steps will improve a person’s health and the longer you do keep up this routine, your long term health will improve.
