Birdseed for Health?


We have been drinking Alpiste (canary) birdseed since May 2010 and I tell friends and my clients. I don’t really know what it is doing, but it has improved our health and others with no negative side effects.

I have been taking 3 table spoons twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and before going to bed in the evening.

Soak the seed in water (12 hours), strain out old water, replace with 16 oz. of clean water, blend in blender, strain (it will be milky looking), drink, and start soaking more for the next dosage. You may be able to use a lower dose; some have reported taking as little as 2 spoons in 8 oz. of water works well.

The altitude here is hard on my blood pressure. Now my pressure is still high but no more headaches.

The birdseed is believed to be high in digestive enzymes, help balance your sugar, and much more. I preach 4 hours between meals and no eating 4-5 hours before bedtime to allow the liver to do its other functions through the night.

I suggest everyone try this for 30 days to see if or what benefits they may get. I don’t know if it is tasty or not, I run it down quickly, but it is worth trying.
