Saltwater Flush (Intestinal Cleanse)

This cleanse is helpful whether you need it or not. It is quick, convenient, and inexpensive.

Items needed:
Organic Sea Salt (non-iodized)
Distilled water
Straw

The sea salt will help clean and heal any minor abrasions along with loosening any debris which may be stuck to the walls of the intestines. This will help treat inflammation and remove toxic materials.

You take 16 ounces of distilled water and add two teaspoons (or more) of organic sea salt and mix thoroughly the night before. In the morning you heat up another 16 ounces of distilled water and pour it in the salt water mix you made the night before, all of this will be warm as soup, 32 ounces total.

Drink the mixture through the straw without stopping. Go back to bed and lie down on your right side for an hour (if you can). Do not eat breakfast or drink anything until lunch. You will probably be using the restroom regularly for the next two hours.

The night before you may want to consider taking an herbal laxative tea, both of these remedies could be done on a regular basis (monthly or by monthly) to avoid future problems.

The worst thing about this cleanse is the taste. Get on the Internet and search Salt Water Flush for more details. While you're on the Internet you may want to search other cleanses such as liver-gallbladder cleanse, Master cleanse, and others.
