Tea for Health

For thousands of years the Chinese have observed, studied, and practiced on the body. One type of treatment which proved to be affective was brewing herbs and drinking the byproduct as medicine for numerous health issues. They look at the symptoms and work at correcting the cause.

This is why the Chinese look at health completely different then the western world. Westerners, “I am not sick so I am healthy”. The Chinese believe, “As long as you are healthy you will not be sick.” There is a big difference.

I am active and feel good all the time, any sign of ill health I take action to improve it. My first step is Hot Herbal Tea. If it is a little problem it will be corrected easily and quickly. The first sign of a problem I can look back and figure out what I ate, drank, or breathed, something made me feel sickly.

Go to a Chinese grocery store and look at the large verity of tea which are available, and most run around three dollars a box of 20 bags. By drinking 2 or 3 pots of tea a day, you will be surprised how you can stay healthy. They have teas for all kinds of ailments.

The good thing about Tradition Chinese Medicine and/or my Hoy Chi treatments I can tell which organs needs attention. When an organ is not functioning perfectly you will notice symptoms of illness, these symptoms are treated by modern medicine instead of the cause. In turn other organs will start suffering from stress from the weak organ. This is why once people get sick their life starts to go down hill. Correcting the cause will stop the chain of illness.

Before modern medicine, if you get sick or had a serious accident your outlook for regaining your good health was poor. So modern medicine does have its place.
