Don’t eat because you are hungry!

The only reason you need to eat is for nutrition for your body, any more then that is for you own personal desires.

If you eat nutritional food and it digests well, you will not need as much and you will not need food as often. If your gut is full of non-nutritional substance your body will demand more food. Hunger is not a sign of you need to eat; there are people out there which are hungry all the time. I am one of them; if I can stay have fun and stay busy I can go days without food. Your body will start taking from its reserve (fat).

Your body does one of two things continuously; absorbs nutrition or burns nutrition. When you are inactive, there is little burning and when you consume more then you burn, it is a matter of time when illness will be unavoidable (40s and 50s come to mind). It is easier to stay healthy.

Whenever you eat your body goes into digestion mode. You need to wait 4 hours between meals, if for only one reason, let your liver and gallbladder get a chance to reset. Our body will consume a lot of different stuff and it does not necessarily nutritional. If we are lucky it will dispose of it, if we consume to much bad or the wrong kind of bad stuff our body will not be able to handle all the abuse. Then organs will be under stress, causing weakness in the organ which causes undue stress on other organs. Can you see where we are going with this maltreatment?
