
People with digestion problems related to the gallbladder (bowel movement should be daily, without effort, the consistency of peanut butter, and the size of a banana) may want to try 2 table spoons of olive oil just before bedtime. Olive oil will add lubricant to your intestinal walls which will help the ease of movement.
Because of my natural health back ground (we have control over our health); I am more concerned to why waste is having problems in movement. It could be because of poor diet, not enough clean water (2 liters daily minimum), life style, nerve, intestinal, kidney or gallbladder issues, all of which can be handled naturally and responsibly (if caught early enough) or heaven forbid, medical issues (which is out of our control).
Wait 4 – 5 hours after dinner, drinking clean water only, before going to bed and between meals. This will allow the liver and gallbladder to finish digesting and reset for its next tasks.
Add the juice of a half of lemon to your 2 table spoons of olive oil cocktail and that will help take any sharp edges off gallstones if that could be the problem. Go to bed and lay on your right side, this will ad in getting your cocktail to the gallbladder.
