A Clean Colon is a Good Start
The Colon
If you put only good food in your colon it will digest properly; fresh easily digestible foods, organic, foods your body finds nutritional and rewarding, and no preservatives.
Improper foods will decay leaving toxins for your body to deal with. Some of this will attach itself in the lining of your intestines and colon, causing long and short term problems and making your body work overtime to try to handle the contamination left behind.
When we were young, our body was much more forgiving. But as we age we pay the price. The older we are the more time we have had to put bad things in our bodies.
Regularly cleansing the colon with teas, diet, and others will go a long way in keeping toxins out of your body. Check the internet, ask friends, health care professionals, and health food stores to get find alternatives, opinions, and options. Try different methods to find the ones that work best for your life style.
Bowel movement should be smooth like peanut butter, the size of a banana, and without forcing it, at a minimum of once a day.
