Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants..&lt;br /&gt;4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy&lt;br /&gt;5. Make time to pray.&lt;br /&gt;6. Play more games&lt;br /&gt;7. Read more books than you did in 2011.&lt;br /&gt;8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day&lt;br /&gt;9. Sleep for 7 hours.&lt;br /&gt;10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk daily. And while you walk, smile.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Personality:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11. Don't compare your life to others. You have no idea what their journey is all about.&lt;br /&gt;12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.&lt;br /&gt;13. Don't overdo. Keep your limits.&lt;br /&gt;14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.&lt;br /&gt;15. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.&lt;br /&gt;16. Dream more while you are awake&lt;br /&gt;17. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need..&lt;br /&gt;18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your partner with His/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.&lt;br /&gt;19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don't hate others.&lt;br /&gt;20. Make PEACE with your past so it won't spoil the present.&lt;br /&gt;21. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.&lt;br /&gt;22. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.&lt;br /&gt;23. Smile and laugh more.&lt;br /&gt;24. You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Society:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;25. Call your family often.&lt;br /&gt;26. Each day give something good to others.&lt;br /&gt;27. Forgive everyone for everything.&lt;br /&gt;28. Spend time w/ people over the age of 70 &amp; under the age of 6.&lt;br /&gt;29. Try to make at least three people smile each day.&lt;br /&gt;30. What other people think of you is none of your business.&lt;br /&gt;31. Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your friends will. Stay in touch.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Life:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;32. Do the right thing!&lt;br /&gt;33. Get rid of anything that isn't useful, beautiful or joyful.&lt;br /&gt;34. GOD heals everything.&lt;br /&gt;35. However good or bad a situation is, it will change..&lt;br /&gt;36. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up.&lt;br /&gt;37. Because I refuse to stand in line, do what others believe is right, and go along for the sake of getting along. I think for and in myself, have morals I believe in and live by, stand by what I believe to be right and righteous, have made my life eventful and challenging. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can and will fight, I carry a gun and have used it, I own precious metals, I have learned skills others thought I was incapable of doing and putting them to work, I try to get along for the sake of letting others know it is OK to better yourself, and I treat others as I would like to be treated. This has caused confusion among those who believe our mind, body, and spirit has limits, and they believe they can limit mine. They think and try to refuse me form being all I can be by pushing their distorted views of life on me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most have been lead to believe socially educated, certificates, and licenses are signs of notability, knowledge, and abilities. On the contrary, these are all signs of persons’ inability to take control of their own life and lack of self-motivation, imagination and creativeness, and their willingness to accept personal limitations.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most of whom are socially educated, certified, look for the lead of others, and seek personal security from what others may offer, which they themselves have been lead to believe they are incapable of achieving without the approval of an outside source, and need to answer to those they feel have authority over them. What makes it worse is they believe others should feel the same way. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Someone gave them authority to do something so that means someone has to give out authority. The notion of taking authority over ourselves is not even a perception which is recognizable or achievable to these individuals. Most people in my home town thought I was just a chop seuy cook, but I had another life beyond their imagination (adventure and helping others). You have abilities and an ambition, you are special, and you need to focus and build on it. A website is a good place to start. In the old days a small cut would lead to a lot of inconvenience and sometimes to infection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Normally when you get a small cut, you doctor it, and end up putting a bandage on it which causes germs and filth to stay and grow into an unhealthy environment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;Proper procedure for using super glue to treat small cuts;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#1 - When a cut first occurs, allow the wound to bleed. The bleeding will help force any germs and foreign debris out of the injured area. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#2 - Raise the area with cold clean water. The cold water will contract the blood vessels and restrict the blood flow, the bleeding will slow down.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#3 - Wash with soap, lather and clean well. Make sure there is no foreign debris and while cleaning. This will leave a clean germ free area which will heal rapidly. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;#4 - Then you use a sterile gaze or material and put pressure directly on the cut for a minute or two (press straight down only, do not move or dab), this will stop the bleeding and dry the wound long enough to give you time to put the super glue directly on the cut and the surrounding area and let dry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In the kitchen, the super glue protects the wound from the food we handle and we wash our hands numerous times per hour, all of which produces an unhealthy environment for healing. The super glue will keep germs and debris out long enough for your body close the wound and allows the healing process to begin immediately.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The super glue will close and seal the cut for approximately 24 hours, in which time the body will heal enough to keep the cut closed and the oil in the skin will allow the glue to come off easily. The next day you may want to redo the super glue.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Super glue works great on a hang nails and dried cracked skin, giving instant relief and protection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cautions:&lt;br /&gt;* Do not use Super glue on puncher wounds. Germs and debris are pushed into a wound.&lt;br /&gt;* If the bleeding does stop soon (in minutes) after cleaning, use pressure to stop bleeding and seek medical assistance. The cut may be too severe for super glue or the cut is in a critical location.&lt;br /&gt;* If there is discomfort in the injured area the next day or two an infection has set in. Soak the wound in warm to hot Epson salt solution for 10-15 minutes 3 times a day and apply an antibiotic cream like Neosporin to the cut. For my life, I want the richness of life, the length I have to work with is not important. But now we pay the piper.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The early 40s we noticed we are not young anymore:&lt;br /&gt;*Blood count on different things start to change,&lt;br /&gt;*Blood pressure goes up or down,&lt;br /&gt;*Sugar balance starts to elevate,&lt;br /&gt;*Our vision starts to worsen,&lt;br /&gt;*We notice tiredness,&lt;br /&gt;*We are unable to do some of the things we use to,&lt;br /&gt;*We notice aches and pains we never had before or the ones we had are getting worse (low back pain and/or muscular),&lt;br /&gt;*We see a doctor more now than we have in our whole life,&lt;br /&gt;*We think maybe the best is behind us?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;You are right, but you are to stubborn to admit it.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The wise ones among us are ready to make dramatic life style changes (maybe not all at once), they can see the future (things you won’t be able do anymore and sickness) if things don’t change. It is time to make some concuss decisions if you want to keep control of your life, it is illogical to believe we can continue doing what we have been doing and our health will improve. It was that inappropriate activity that got us to this stage of health.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, Stop doing things we know will hurt us;&lt;br /&gt;*Stop smoking&lt;br /&gt;*Limit how often we go out to eat&lt;br /&gt;*Watch what we eat&lt;br /&gt;*No more soda pop&lt;br /&gt;*Watch less television&lt;br /&gt;*Stop sitting on our butts&lt;br /&gt;*Limit candy and sugar intake&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Next, Start looking at doing the healthy thing for a change;&lt;br /&gt;*Prepare our own nutritional food&lt;br /&gt;*Start learning and taking vitamins&lt;br /&gt;*Walk more, park further out&lt;br /&gt;*Increase your clean water intake (2 liters minimum)&lt;br /&gt;*Do things, instead of expecting to be entertained&lt;br /&gt;*Learn more on what it takes to be healthy&lt;br /&gt;*Start associating with like-minded people (healthy minded)&lt;br /&gt;*Get out of debt&lt;br /&gt;*Keep your mind active, learn some different skills&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Change your attitude towards life;&lt;br /&gt;*Is the American Dream your dream? If your gut is full of &lt;a href="http://healthisenergy.blogspot.com/2009/07/why-cleanse.html"&gt;non-nutritional substance&lt;/a&gt; your body will demand more food. Hunger is not a sign of you need to eat; there are people out there which are hungry all the time. I am one of them; if I can stay have fun and stay busy I can go days without food. Your body will start taking from its reserve (fat).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Your body does one of two things continuously; absorbs nutrition or burns nutrition. When you are inactive, there is little burning and when you consume more then you burn, it is a matter of time when illness will be unavoidable (40s and 50s come to mind). It is easier to &lt;a href="http://healthisenergy.blogspot.com/2009/07/how-do-i-reclaim-my-good-health.html"&gt;stay healthy&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whenever you eat your body goes into digestion mode. You need to wait 4 hours between meals, if for only one reason, let your liver and gallbladder get a chance to reset. Our body will consume a lot of different stuff and it does not necessarily nutritional. If we are lucky it will dispose of it, if we consume to much bad or the wrong kind of &lt;a href="http://healthisenergy.blogspot.com/2009/07/toxins-weakens-body.html"&gt;bad stuff&lt;/a&gt; our body will not be able to handle all the abuse. Then organs will be under stress, causing weakness in the organ which causes undue stress on other organs. My wife has seizures monthly as a result of her 2 strokes, which marked the end of medicine dependency and getting sicker. Hoy Chi, acupuncture, vitamins, and the other methods of healing do work well, but it is always nice to learn other techniques of healing. Our attitude is to get and stay well.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What I did was put together 6 dried herbs by blending them together in a blender and putting them in a dark jar with some vodka. I place the jar in a dark cool place for a month, shake lightly daily, strain out the solids, and use 20-25 drops three times a day to see if it will help the seizures. You can use the same herbs as a tea or put it in capsules, but we are taking herbal tea on a regular base already, so I choose to try the drops. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Later I will try different herbs for controlling blood pressure. There are many different ways of controlling health but they are not as convent as medicine. They sent these bombs from Japan using the pacific winds.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not trust any government to fully care for its citizens. If I lived in the northwest part of North America I would consider taking a month or two to visit someone or take a vacation until I am comfortable knowing no radioactive stuff is coming my way. &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Radiation_poisoning"&gt;Radioactive poisoning&lt;/a&gt; is not anything to mess with; this could leave you trying to stay healthy for the rest of your life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     This is why I ask others where would you go if you had to leave your house for a short time or if there are major life changing event? Where on the other side of town, another county, next state, or even &lt;a href="http://nostressgetaway.blogspot.com/"&gt;out of the country&lt;/a&gt;? Think about it as you &lt;a href="http://nostressmike.com/page8.php"&gt;prepare&lt;/a&gt;, it is not necessary to plan on going anywhere, but at least keep it in mind as you prepare. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If a person in Japan was prepared, with Potassium Iodide (KI), they would be safe and health now, and working on starting a new life, if they could survive the initial incident. Combinando estas enzimas, el ácido estomacal  con las pequeñas partículas del alimento, dentro del estomago los alimentos se convierten en una sustancia similar a una pasta. Ahora los alimentos están preparados para desplazarse hacia el intestino delgado, este proceso toma de 3 a 4 horas.    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Masticando adecuadamente los alimentos estos se rompen en pequeñas partículas donde estas serán transformadas fácilmente a una pasta de alimentos  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Vegetales y frutas frescas son fácilmente digeribles en conjunto con pequeñas cantidades de carne, esto proveerá una nutrición adecuada para el cuerpo. Alimentos procesados son difíciles para digerir en el cuerpo (azúcar, harinas y/o químicos), demasiado de estos producirán toxinas las cuales entraran a la sangre.   &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Beber agua pura que será absorbida dentro del cuerpo tan pronto esta entra por la boca. Por este motivo es mejor tomar pequeñas cantidades de agua lentamente. There is a simple stretch that can ease the discomfort. It starts 30 minutes to an hour before you get out out bed, lay on your side pull your knees up to your chest as much as you can and go back to sleep. Your muscles are relaxed so it will help strengthen your vertebrae.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   If this exercise works for you, it may mean the mattress is not right for you. Some people need a hard mattress, some a soft, and others in-between. A sells person does not know which is best, only your back.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   I have had expensive, cheap, firm, medium, soft, air, and water. It took me years and many dollars to get the right one. All worked good for 2 weeks to a month, then they all turned bad except the one that works for me. If you continue to make bad choices, your health will deteriorate. You are given 30 to 40 years old to correct bad habits. The energy travels throughout the body alone a course called the Meridians.
